Each order is hand-prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During collection launches or private sales, please allow slight extensions in processing time — beautiful things are worth the wait.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

The return label displays only our business name and New York address.

🔎 Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

While we entrust your parcel to reputable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier volume.

If your tracking indicates “delivered” but you have not received your parcel:

* Please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
* Contact the shipping provider directly.
* Notify us within **7 days** so we may assist where possible.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
