1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible items within the guidelines below.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• All original tags and hygiene liners must be intact.
• Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Final Sale items (like discounted items, gift cards, and bodysuits marked “Final Sale”) are not returnable or exchangeable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
1. Visit our Returns Portal at [Insert Returns Link] or email support at support@kayxotics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack your items securely and ship them within 7 days of authorization.
4. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification with the status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
Want a different size or style?
• Exchanges are accepted if the item is eligible (unworn, unwashed, tags and hygiene liner attached).
• You may request an exchange when submitting your return request.
• If your exchange item is out of stock, we’ll notify you for alternate options or refund.
6. Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Kay Xotics is not responsible for lost return packages.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@kayxotics.com with photos of the issue.
• We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
